The paint industry produces pollutant-laden exhaust air streams and liquid residues that must be disposed of reliably and in an environmentally friendly manner.
Rothos implemented a thermal exhaust air purification system with a heating capacity of 1,800 kW. The system treats exhaust air flows of up to 600 Nm³/h and also enables the disposal of pollutant-containing liquids (up to 400 l/h). The project was implemented as a turnkey project including planning, delivery (including E-MSR), installation, and commissioning.
The new system ensures the environmentally friendly disposal of contaminated gases and liquids. It meets the highest safety standards and permanently reduces emissions. The turnkey implementation enabled rapid commissioning, including TÜV approval.
