A reliable heat supply was required for a production site in the chemical industry. In addition to high operational reliability, easy maintenance and inspection of the heater was required.
Installation of a horizontal thermal oil heater. The burner plate can be swiveled so that the interior on the flue gas side can be easily inspected. A vertical collection vessel was added to ensure stable operating conditions.
The system ensures an efficient heat supply for the chemical production processes. The swiveling burner plate makes inspection and maintenance work much easier. The upright collection vessel ensures stable and sustainable operation of the system.
