Precise temperature control is necessary in film production to ensure consistent quality throughout the manufacturing process. Products must be able to be heated reliably and cooled efficiently.
Rothos installed a secondary control circuit with a heating capacity of 800 kW (medium: thermal oil) and a cooling capacity of 500 kW (medium: water). If necessary, the thermal oil is cooled down in a targeted manner via a water heat exchanger. The system was completely planned, delivered, installed, and commissioned.
The system ensures stable and flexible temperature control for the production process. The combination of heating and cooling functions shortens production times and improves quality assurance. Operation is efficient and can be adapted to the respective production requirements.
